Dr Anna Zeis designs AI-enabled learning experiences for the next generation of business leaders as Director of Learning Innovation at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
She holds a PhD in Economics and brings 12 years of experience across higher education and L&D. Her international career spans research, program leadership, and institutional transformation, including a postdoctoral position at the University of Cologne and leadership roles as Deputy Dean at Kozminski University and Associate Director of the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA. She has also held visiting positions at Singapore Management University, Universität St. Gallen, and Hult International Business School in Boston. Her academic formation extends to education at Columbia Business School, the University of Pennsylvania, and other leading institutions.
Honorary Vice President of the Geneva Centre of Excellence and a member of the QS Responsible AI Consortium, Dr Zeis is a regular keynote speaker, moderator, and AI workshop facilitator worldwide. Her work has been featured in leading media, and she hosts the podcast “ Prompted to Think: Conversations on AI and the Future of Higher Ed."
