Dr Rafael Hernández Cázares

Dr. Rafael Hernández Cázares is the current Director of Institutional Development at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, and President of the Jalisco Education Commission at COPARMEX. Throughout his distinguished tenure at Universidad Panamericana, he has served in key leadership positions, including Chancellor of the Aguascalientes Campus, member of the Board of Governors of UP and IPADE, as well as Academic Vice-Rector and Vice-Rector for Outreach at the Guadalajara Campus. An alumnus of the same institution, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, complemented by specializations in Corporate Finance, and Anthropology and Ethics. Furthermore, Dr. Hernández holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Doctorate in Business from Georgia State University, alongside executive leadership education from IPADE and IESE Business School in Barcelona.
