Dr Tamás Kolossváry is the head of the Győr Innovation Park at Széchenyi István University.
An automotive engineer by training, his career began on the racetrack as Team Leader and co-founder of the Arrabona Racing Team, where he led a Formula Student squad from sketch to track and earned international podium finishes. This hands-on experience shaped his PhD in Business Administration at Széchenyi István University, where his research — "Implementation Study of Systems Engineering in Automotive Product Development" — was developed in close collaboration with Audi, bringing a systems-thinking lens to how universities and industry create shared value.
Today, Dr Tamás Kolossváry leads the university's flagship innovation park — a hub hosting corporate partners such as Audi and Bosch, housing the Design Campus and services including the USA Accelerator and the regional entrepreneurs' office (VOSZ), and driving R&D, technology transfer, and start-up creation in the Vienna– Budapest–Bratislava regio
