VanDyck Silveira, Ph.D., is Director of Strategy & Global Expansion and Professor of Strategy & Geoeconomics at UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia), and Director of ESESA Business School in Málaga. He leads UCAM's international growth across Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, including its joint venture with JAIN University in India and the university's global rankings strategy.
His career spans finance, education and institutional leadership. He began in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Rothschild, led Duke Corporate Education across EMEA, co-founded Headspring, and served as CEO of Grupo Ibmec and Trevisan, leading both through turnarounds. He is the creator of the GRI™ and IOM 2.0™ frameworks for internationalisation and competitiveness, and a senior analyst and macroeconomic commentator.
He holds a Ph.D. and MA from Claremont Graduate University in Los Angels.
