Dr Viet Le

Dr Viet Le is Course Director for the flagship Bachelor of Business program at Swinburne University of Technology’s School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. As founding Unit Chair of its capstone Business Consulting Project unit, he spent over a decade developing pioneering work-integrated learning experiences where students deliver consulting solutions for businesses and community organisations, creating value for industry partners. His innovative approach combines team-based learning, industry collaboration and international engagement to prepare students for professional success. He also established international consulting project study tours that immerse students in real business challenges across Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam and secured substantial funding from the Australian Government’s New Colombo Plan. Through these programs, students work directly with organisations, develop cross-cultural capabilities and produce practical recommendations that support business growth and innovation. These transformative experiences connect classroom learning with professional practice, preparing confident, globally minded, industry-ready graduates at Swinburne.
