She holds a Ph.D. in Systems Optimization and Dependability from the Université de Technologie de Troyes, France; a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad del Norte, Colombia. A tenured professor with over twenty years of experience in teaching and research, Elyn has excelled in areas such as logistics, supply chains, optimization, sustainability, urban logistics and transportation. Throughout her career, Elyn has made high-impact academic contributions in these fields, establishing herself as an expert in systems optimization and its impact on the sustainability and efficiency of organizations.
