Fernanda Vizcarra is originally from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, and has over 26 years of professional experience in the field of Human Relations.
She currently serves as Director of Human Relations at Continental, now AUMOVIO, a leading company in the automotive sector, where she drives talent management, social responsibility, and workplace inclusion strategies. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Human Resources Director at Jabil, consolidating her expertise in human capital management within high-impact industries.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Industrial Relations from Universidad Panamericana and a Diploma in Management Skills Development from ITESM. Additionally, she shares her expertise in academia as an adjunct professor teaching Compensation and Benefits.
Her leadership and contributions to organizational development have been recognized nationally, notably including her inclusion in Expansión magazine’s ranking of the "50 Most Powerful Women" in 2011, 2012, and 2014, where she reached the 44th position. In 2018, she received the Human Capital Significance Award (Premio Trascendencia Capital Humano) from ARIOAC as part of its 50th-anniversary celebration.
She is an active member of the Labor Committee at Index de Occidente and Director of the Executive Board for Social Responsibility and Workplace Inclusion at Continental, through which she promotes practices that foster inclusive, ethical, and sustainable work environments.
