Grace Williamson brings more than two decades of experience in higher education, supporting both traditional and online university communities. Before Ashford University became part of the University of Arizona Global Campus, she served as its Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations, leading cross-disciplinary professional development initiatives, employer outreach, and alumni engagement for a population of over 200,000 students and graduates.
At Princeton University, Grace held the role of Associate Director of Recruitment and Employer Relations. There, she designed and implemented on-campus recruiting strategies, strengthened employer partnerships, co-authored the university’s Career Services Annual Report, and advised senior executives from Fortune 500 C-Suite leaders on talent strategy and organizational culture.
She has held leadership positions at American Public University System and the United States Military Academy at West Point, supporting the academic and professional needs of thousands of learners, alumni, and their respective communities. Grace earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, with a minor in English, from Baylor University.
