He acquired over 27 years of multinational experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, holding strategic positions at Qualcomm, Ericsson, NEC, and professional consulting firms. He continuously contributes to digital talent development and public-private partnerships, collaborating with government agencies and tech communities to drive localized edtech, healthcare mobility, and developer solutions. His education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), an MM/MBA from the Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI), and a Doctorate degree from Binus University.
