Hilary Greenberg serves on the grantmaking team at Siegel Family Endowment, where she focuses on understanding and shaping the impact of technology on society. Her work examines how technological change is reshaping learning and work, and supports initiatives that expand equitable opportunity while centering the experiences of learners and workers as new technologies are developed and adopted. Prior to joining Siegel Family Endowment, Hilary worked at Jobs for the Future (JFF) and the Aspen Institute’s Future of Work Initiative, where she evaluated policies and practices designed to support individuals navigating a rapidly evolving workforce and skills ecosystem. Hilary holds degrees from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Kennedy School, and Duke University. She is based in New York City.
