Holly Curtis

Holly Curtis works as Assistant Provost for Corporate Relations at Fordham University, where she builds high-impact partnerships between higher education and industry. She works with corporate leaders and faculty to design programs, activate research expertise, and create meaningful career pathways that prepare students and professionals for a rapidly changing workforce.

Previously, Holly served as Chief of Staff at Ascend Public Charter Schools and as Director of MBA Admissions at NYU Stern, where she led strategic program growth and recruitment initiatives. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA in International Political Economy from Fordham University. Her work centers on the evolving talent economy, corporate–university partnership models, and the role of higher education as an engine for opportunity and innovation.
