- Global Management at Bimbo: Since June 2006, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Global Packaging R&D Manager since 2018. He created a global technical community with participation from over 30 countries, drove a portfolio with 98 percent recyclable packaging, and achieved savings of 10 million USD per year, in addition to reducing 6,000.00 metric tons of plastic annually and generating savings of 9,000.00 metric tons of CO2 over 10 years.
- Management and Operational Efficiency: As Senior Corporate R&D Manager between 2012 and 2018, he established a new way of working between global and local teams, coordinated packaging platforms, and managed over 500 projects annually. He led local teams of 2 managers and 18 engineers, as well as a global functional team of 6 managers, achieving savings of 15 million USD across two packaging categories.
