José Escamilla is an academic and international leader in educational innovation with more than three decades of experience in higher education and learning transformation.
José serves as Associate Director of the Institute for the Future of Education (IFE) at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he leads the generation and transfer of applied knowledge to advance transformative models for universities and lifelong learning. His work focuses on reimagining universities as lifelong learning hubs that remain relevant to society, and on building skills ecosystems that expand social mobility and develop the talent needed for societal transformation.
