Ken Eisner

Ken Eisner is Managing Director, Global Higher Education to Workforce and K-16 Skills at ETS. In this role, he leads the global higher-education-to-workforce product portfolio, including Futurenav Compass, and drives K-16 skills product development and initiatives. Ken is a recognized leader in bridging higher education and workforce readiness, with a proven track record of building and scaling global programs. He currently oversees Futurenav Compass, an AI-powered career exploration, navigation, and placement platform being piloted by the California State University system, the largest higher education network in the U.S., and Brandeis University. Prior to ETS, Ken served as Global Director at Amazon Web Services, where he founded and scaled AWS Educate, an award-winning program that reached over one million learners and partnered with 3,500+ higher education institutions worldwide.
