Dr Leila Alinaghian is Director of Postgraduate Programmes and Associate Professor of Management at the UCL School of Management. She is recognised for excellence in educational leadership, teaching and impactful scholarship. Over the past decade, she has delivered strategic growth, academic innovation and outstanding student experiences and outcomes in postgraduate education.
Leila’s research advances understanding of business relationships and networks, particularly their role in sustainability and social impact, and is published in world-leading and internationally
excellent journals.
Before joining UCL, Leila was a Professor at Cranfield School of Management, where she served as Director of the MBA and MSc in Management programmes, leading major programme transformations. Earlier, she was part of the University of Cambridge Centre for International Manufacturing’s strategy team, contributing to several EPSRC Centres for Innovative Manufacturing.
Leila is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holds an MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge.
