Lindsey Mihal

Lindsey Mihal is from Overland Park, Kansas, and is a proud CAPS (Center for Advanced Professional Studies) alumna in the Law and Public Safety strand. She is currently a senior at The George Washington University, majoring in International Business with a minor in Public Policy. Lindsey has gained international and public-sector experience through her role as a Research Intern at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where she conducted research on fiscal transparency and public budgeting systems. She also served as a Public Institutions Consulting Intern at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), supporting government, education, and nonprofit clients on strategic real estate and advisory projects. On campus, Lindsey is actively involved in student leadership as Director of Finance for Women and Youth Supporting Each Other (WYSE), an organization focused on mentorship and empowerment for middle school girls, and Director of Finance for Surfrider, an environmental cleanup organization. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys baking, playing guitar, and Sporcle geography quizzes.
