Marco Serrato serves as vice president of Arizona State University’s Learning Enterprise, leading eƯorts to expand access to high-impact learning across every stage of life. Working in collaboration with ASU’s colleges and schools, he advances scalable pathways that connect faculty expertise to learners worldwide.
A professor of practice at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Serrato brings extensive experience in continuing and executive education. He previously held leadership roles at the University of Chicago and Tecnológico de Monterrey, supporting learners across multiple regions.
Serrato holds a dual PhD in industrial engineering and has authored more than 30 research publications and four books on data-driven decision-making and global strategy. His work centers on designing scalable models that expand access to learning, strengthen workforces and create clear pathways to opportunity for all.
