Miriam is the Founding Managing Partner of Brass Ring Ventures, an exited-operator-led Seed Fund and hands-on Growth Studio investing in AI-driven solutions preparing today's learners and workers for the rapidly-evolving workforce. An expert in the industry, Miriam advises founders and investors alike across the ecosystem.

Previously, she was the Co-founder and CEO of Kinvolved, which she led from inception to a successful 2022 acquisition by PowerSchool, a public company in the Vista Equity Partners portfolio. Following the exit, she served as PowerSchool’s Vice President of GTM Strategy and Partnerships, where she launched several new cross-portfolio products and for which she drove research, content, and channel partnerships.

She is deeply committed to economic mobility and empowerment for underrepresented populations, serving as Vice Chair of the Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, and with a keen interest in supporting the next generation of overlooked innovators. Her leadership has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, The New York Times, Crain’s Business Journal, the Robin Hood Foundation, Teach For America, New York University, and more.

Miriam began her career as a NYC public school teacher via Teach For America and previously served as an Adjunct Graduate Level Professor in social innovation and impact at NYU Wagner. She holds an MPA from NYU, an MA, Ed. from Lehman College, and a BA with Honors from Brown University.
