Noorazidi (Azidi) Bin Che Azib, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Nevada, USA, is Vice President of Operational Technology, Strategic Programs, and EHS at Inari Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inari Amertron Berhad.
With more than 3 decades of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and leadership roles at AMD, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, and Avago, he has played a pivotal role in Inari’s transformation since joining the company in 2012. Azidi spearheads digital innovation, Industry 4.0, advanced manufacturing control technologies, and strategic development programs.
Deeply committed to talent and ecosystem development, he actively collaborates with universities, professional societies, government agencies, and industry partners to strengthen Malaysia’s semiconductor capabilities. He has helped nurture thousands of industry-ready graduates through academia–industry collaboration and supported SME growth through the Inari Waterfall Effect Model. He is also a regular speaker and panelist at industry forums, conferences, and knowledge-sharing sessions, where he shares his expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, digital transformation, talent development, advanced packaging, and industry ecosystem growth.
