Prof Ajith Kumar V.V

Prof. Ajith Kumar V.V is the Vice-Chancellor of Skyline University Nigeria. He previously served as Dean of the School of Business at Skyline University College, Sharjah, UAE, with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and completed a course in Cross-Cultural Management at NTU Singapore. His research focuses on Leadership, HR Flexibility, Business Ethics, and Diversity Management, with numerous publications and global conference presentations.

Prof. Ajith has led executive programs for companies like Gulf Air and Wipro, and taught at institutions including ICFAI, Symbiosis International University, Bahrain Training Institute and Skyline University College. He has received multiple awards for excellence in teaching and academics, and is known for promoting teamwork and trust in education.
