Alasdair Blair is Jean Monnet Professor of International Relations and Associate PVC Education at De Montfort University. He is responsible for the student experience journey, technical services, and the university’s Education Academy.
He is lead editor of the Journal of Political Science Education and is a National Teaching Fellow and an accredited Executive Coach. Recent publications include: The European Union Since 1945 (Routledge, 3rd edn, 2026) and Alasdair Blair, Darrell Evans, Christina Hughes and Malcolm Tight (eds.) Leadership in Higher Education (Emerald, 2023).
