András Takács teaches accounting, finance and business valuation- related subjects at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels.
Prof Dr András Takács is a full professor and the dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pécs. He teaches accounting, finance and business valuation- related subjects at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. His main research interest is business valuation, primarily focusing on the relationship between value and price, which has recently been complemented by new directions such as the impact of cleaner production and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) on corporate performance. Under his deanship, the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pécs has successfully renewed its BSc programme accreditation by EFMD, earned an additional MSc programme accreditation and entered into institutional accreditation processes both at EFMD and AACSB. Furthermore, the School’s significantly increased publication output helped the University of Pécs to become listed in QS’s business and economics field
