Prof. Haneen Mohammad Shoaib is a Saudi Arabian Professor of Business Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Jeddah, where she also serves as Strategic Consultant to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the University President. Her work focuses on higher-education strategy, institutional governance, and international academic partnerships.
Her recent research and policy engagement focus on China-Arab relations, particularly advancing academic collaboration, cultural diplomacy, and creative-economy partnerships within the frameworks of the Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Vision 2030. She is the recipient of a research grant from the Saudi Ministry of Culture for the study “Beyond Symbolic Exchange: A Governance Framework for Exhibition- Based Cultural Cooperation in Saudi-Chinese Relations,” conducted with the China-Arab Research Center for Culture and Tourism Cooperation. Her policy essays on China-Arab cultural cooperation have been accepted by China’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism Think Tank Bulletin, contributing to strategic dialogue ahead of the Second China- Arab Summit (2026).
