Professor Jenny George is Dean of Melbourne Business School and Co-Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne, leading Australia’s premier business school, home to a globally ranked MBA and the Southern Hemisphere’s largest executive education portfolio.
An experienced Dean, CEO and Company Director, Professor George has built a distinguished career across academia and industry, driving operational, digital and cultural transformation. She is recognised for applying data, analytics and AI to foster innovation, improve organisational performance, and develop leadership capability.
Before returning to Melbourne Business School, she served for more than seven years as CEO of Converge International, leading significant business growth and digital transformation while strengthening psychological safety and workplace culture across many of Australia’s largest organisations. Earlier at MBS, she founded and led the Master of Business Analytics program, now ranked among the world’s top 15.
Professor George holds a PhD in Operations, Information and Technology from Stanford University and has served on the boards of a wide range of organisations.
