Prof Jumana Zahalka

Jumana Zahalka is Deputy Dean of the NUS Business School and an Associate Professor (Educator) in the Finance department. She first completed an undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Florida, before obtaining a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Called to the Bar of Ontario, she worked in law and later consulting in North America, Europe and the Middle East. After completing her Ph.D. studies, she lectured at the University of Pennsylvania and the Indian School of Business, before joining NUS Business School. She teaches corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at the School’s undergraduate, graduate and executive levels, and has served as academic director of its CEMS, MSc (Management) and undergrad programmes.
