Prof Leon Laulusa

Professor Léon Laulusa is Vice President and Dean of China Business School since (CEIBS) August 2026 and Professor of Financial Accounting and Management. He previously served as Executive President and Dean of ESCP Business School, where he began as a part-time professor in 1999. His research focuses on international financial accounting and the influence of national culture on management and leadership. He holds advisory roles on the Saint Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy’s Advisory Council, the International Advisory Board of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai, MDI (India), and Kozminski University (Poland). He was Vice President of the French Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), chairing its international relations committee. Earlier, he lectured at HEC Paris and Paris-Dauphine University and held visiting professorships at Tongji University and Beijing Foreign Studies University. As a former Partner at Deloitte France, he led global auditing and consulting projects for senior management.
