Prof Mubarak H. Alkhatnai

Prof. Mubarak H. Alkhatnai is a Professor and Dean of Development and Quality at King Saud University (KSU). He holds two PhDs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the University of Edinburgh and has extensive experience in higher education quality, accreditation, strategic leadership, and institutional transformation. He is an active researcher, translator, and international speaker, with particular interests in AI, higher education governance, and institutional excellence. In 2025, he became the first Saudi and Arab recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige Foundation Award for Leadership Excellence in Education.
