Ravi Bhushan 

Ravi Bhushan is the Founder and CEO of BrightCHAMPS, a global edtech platform redefining how children learn future-ready skills. Driven by an early curiosity about what truly prepares children for a rapidly evolving world, Ravi began his unconventional learning journey at the age of seven through homeschooling, later graduating from IIT (BHU) Varanasi (India’s premier engineering institution) as one of its most awarded coders. He gained global recognition after winning the Yahoo Global Hackathon, judged by David Filo (co-founder of Yahoo).

Today, Ravi leads BrightCHAMPS across 30+ countries, impacting over a million learners with programs spanning coding, AI, robotics, and financial literacy. With a strong belief that “talent is universal, but access is not,” he is on a mission to bridge this gap at scale. Backed by prior leadership roles in global tech firms and as an active angel investor, Ravi continues to build a world-class learning ecosystem rooted in impact, innovation, and accessibility.
