Prof Dr Dr h.c. Garcia, holding a PhD from Leeds University Business School, is also Doctor Honoris Causa by Caucasus University, Georgia, current Vice President for Strategic Development & International at KEDGE Business School, the largest school of management in France, and Distinguished Professor at Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia).

Expert on transforming education, new business models and international development, Dr Garcia acts as a strategic advisor to various leading international higher education institutions. Previously Dean of the Global School at Rennes School of Business and Dean and Director of Grenoble Graduate School of Business, he led these triple accredited schools to place them amongst the top European institutions, overseeing highly ranked Bachelor, MSc, DBA and MBA programs and operations in France as well as London, Berlin, Moscow, Singapore, Tbilisi, and Hong Kong. Prior to his current role Dr Garcia was Director of Global Admissions for GGSB, having more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of business and academia through several roles in International Higher Education in the USA, Belgium, Germany, the UK and France. Dr Garcia serves as an international accreditation assessor and is a regular speaker in conferences and panels addressing International Higher Education issues, providing unique expertise and insight on new business models, quality, internationalization of operations, global partnerships, and digitalisation.
