Tim Taylor is the Cofounder and President of America Succeeds, where he leads national efforts to align education and workforce systems around durable skills that drive economic mobility. For more than two decades, he has worked at the intersection of education, workforce, and public policy, launching and scaling nonprofits and shaping national conversations on career-connected learning.

A self-described philanthropeneur, Tim brings entrepreneurial energy to mission-driven work. He focuses on strengthening how durable skills are delivered, developed, and valued in an AI-accelerated economy, ensuring human capability remains the engine of economic mobility. America Succeeds’ work has been featured by Forbes, Fortune, Inc., BBC, and other national outlets.

Named one of Getting Smart’s “60 People Shaping the Future of K–12 Education,” Tim is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and has spoken at SXSW EDU, ASU + GSV, the National Governors Association, National Conference of State Legislators, SHRM, and other national convenings.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon College and a master’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University. He lives in Denver with his wife Clare and their Boykin Spaniel. Ask him about Grateful Ed.
