Tom Lindholm is the CEO of Aalto University Executive Education (Aalto EE) and Head of Lifewide Learning at Aalto University, a dual role he has held since the beginning of 2022. He came to Aalto EE after close to two decades in the consulting and training business, working with senior leaders and their teams through large-scale organizational change. At Aalto EE, he has focused on building lifewide learning into a practical strategy for how universities stay relevant to learners and employers well beyond the degree. More recently, he has been driving Aalto EE's work on micro-credentials based on the European standard, an area where he sees significant untapped potential for universities willing to rethink how they package and deliver knowledge.
