I lead at the intersection of social impact, economic opportunity, and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Country Lead for Laboratoria Mexico. My work focuses on expanding access to the digital economy for underemployed women and shaping initiatives that respond to AI-driven labor market shifts, working closely with senior decision-makers across the private sector and other key institutions. Across my career, I’ve partnered with governments, corporations, multilaterals, and civil society to design strategies that turn complex social challenges into actionable solutions. I specialize in aligning stakeholders with different incentives, building high- trust partnerships, and translating evidence into decisions. I am particularly committed to advancing gender equity, economic mobility, and inclusive growth — not as abstract goals, but as outcomes that require intentional strategy, execution, monitoring, and leadership. I believe meaningful change happens when rigor meets collaboration, and when bold ideas are matched with the discipline to implement them — alongside passionate people committed to making a real impact. Personally, I’m a feminist, an environmentalist, and someone who finds clarity in nature — usually hiking or on a bike.
