Dr Victoria Galan-Muros

Dr. Victoria Galan-Muros is an internationally recognized expert in future skills and higher education policy, management, innovation and engagement. Working across more than 50 countries, she advises universities, governments and businesses on how higher education institutions and systems can adapt, innovate and create greater impact.

A leading policy analyst, researcher and advisor, Victoria has co-authored 125+ technical and consulting reports and 65+ academic publications. She has taught at 14 universities across four continents, designed and delivered executive education in more than 30 countries, and spoken at 180+ international events. She is a trusted advisor to (vice)ministers, university leaders and CEOs.

Victoria is Co-Founder and CEO of Innovative Futures Institute, an expert for the European Commission and an external consultant for McKinsey & Co. She previously served as Chief of Research and Analysis at UNESCO’s International Institute for Higher Education (Paris), and has held senior roles at the OECD (Paris), Technopolis Group (London), the Global Institute on Innovation Districts (New York) and the University-Industry Innovation Network (Amsterdam).
