Dr. Yu-Chih Huang is a Distinguished Professor and Dean of the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs at National Chi Nan University (NCNU), Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from Clemson University, USA.
His academic expertise encompasses tourism marketing, digital technologies, wellness tourism, and quality of life research. He has published extensively in leading international journals and led numerous government-funded research and university–industry collaboration projects.
With extensive experience in academic leadership and international engagement, Dr. Huang is dedicated to strengthening global university partnerships, promoting international student mobility, and advancing cross-cultural education. He actively promotes university social responsibility, industry collaboration, and sustainable regional development, emphasizing experiential learning and interdisciplinary approaches to cultivating future-ready talent equipped with global perspectives, innovation capabilities, and social responsibility.
