Spenser Smith is a higher education strategist with over a decade of experience in admissions, enrollment management, and ed-tech. As Regional Partnership Director for the U.S. Southeast at QS, he helps institutions advance their enrollment, brand, and global engagement goals through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships. Previously, he led graduate recruitment at the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, where he implemented holistic review models, optimized CRM operations, and strengthened enrollment outcomes. His expertise spans enrollment strategy, digital engagement, CRM optimization, and higher education analytics, and he has presented nationally on AI in admissions and CRM transformation.
