Visa Application

Most delegates will need to apply online for an electronic visa via Indonesia's official eVisa website.

Delegates will require the following to apply for a visa:

  • Passport
  • Return flight ticket
  • Hotel accommodation confirmation
  • Visa application payment of IDR 500,000 (about US$30)
  • Invitation letter (for speakers and exhibitors only; delegates do not require an invitation letter to apply for a visa)

Delegates who are ASEAN and East Timor citizens may enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days, non-extendable.

Speakers and exhibitors will need to apply for a specific visa to enter Indonesia. This includes those from ASEAN countries, unless they hold an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) – business travellers with a valid ABTC do not need to apply for a visa.

Steps to Apply for Visa:

1) Go to https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

2) Click 'Apply'

3) Select your Passport/Country/Region accordingly

4) Based on whether you are an exhibitor, speaker, or delegate, follow the respective instructions:

A) Delegates need to apply Visa B1 - A person who is a national of visa on arrival country/special entity who will be visiting Indonesia for: Visiting certain places for the purpose of recreation, personal development, or studying the uniqueness of tourist attractions including but not limited to traveling by yacht, or attending as a participant in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions activities; Discussion, negotiation, and/or signing of business agreements including but not limited to offices, factories, or places of production of goods; Conduct field observations of offices, factories, places to produce goods, places to be invested, and or mining facilities; and Medical related activities.

  • Main purpose of visit: General, Family or Social
  • Sub purpose: Tourism, Family visit and Transit
  • I want to explore and choose a visa: B1 Tourist (visa on arrival)
  • I am planning to stay: 30 Days

B) Exhibitors need to apply Visa C11 - A person who participates in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) or Trade Fair to market goods or services.

  • Main purpose of visit: Professional or Employment
  • Sub purpose: Invited Event Participant
  • I want to explore and choose a visa: C10
  • I am planning to stay: 60 Days

C) Speakers need to apply Visa C10 - A person who participates in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions or other similar activities as a speaker, lecturer, presenter, or public figure without being bound by a contract with a guarantor in Indonesia

  • Main purpose of visit: Investment, Business, or Government
  • Sub purpose: Exhibitor
  • I want to explore and choose a visa: C11
  • I am planning to stay: 60 Days

Bali International Convention Centre is situated in a secluded enclave within the exclusive ITDC complex, secured by private security. It is located just 10 kilometers from Bali’s international airport, approximately 10 minutes from the Bali Mandara highway exit.
