Our panellists

Xiaopeng Li
Dean of College of International Education, ECUST

Mr Xiaopeng Li brings extensive expertise in international education, cross-border collaboration and global academic strategy, built over nearly two decades across university, government and diplomatic environments. As Dean of the College of International Education at East China University of Science and Technology, he leads initiatives to strengthen partnerships and expand global engagement. His experience includes advising on international cooperation policy during his tenure at the Ministry of Education, where he contributed to national-level initiatives, followed by representing China abroad as First Secretary and Head of China–UK Educational Relations at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the UK, strengthening key bilateral education partnerships. He also contributed to major international events such as the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, with a strong focus on building institutional relationships and driving meaningful global collaboration.

Alice Wei
Senior Consultant

Alice Wei is an experienced Senior Consultant. She holds a degree from Shanghai International Studies University, a master’s degree in comparative education from UCL and an MBA from Imperial College Business School.

Jeroen Prinsen
Executive Director, APAC

Jeroen heads the commercial operations for QS Quacquarelli Symonds in the Asia Pacific Region. As the head of APAC, Jeroen oversees the regional customer facing teams engaging in QS Services to the Higher Education sector and associated businesses. Jeroen works across the QS portfolio to ensure customers are able to achieve their strategic goals on a world scale through Analytics, Performance, Recruitment & Reputation building services.
