This pre-launch webinar will introduce the audience to the mission of QS and to the QS World University Rankings: Europe methodology. It will provide a detailed account of each indicator and its rationale for inclusion and scope. Eligibility requirements for inclusion in the ranking will be discussed as well as reflections on what constitutes excellence in the higher education arena at national and institutional levels.
Meet the Panelists
A rankings specialist with experience running and marketing magazines, guides, and qualitative and quantitative research projects, including rankings and awards, across a variety of sectors. Responsible for the design of the QS Rankings methodologies and frameworks, and building their influence through sector engagement and partnerships.
Wesley is a specialist in strategies and policies for promoting countries as study destinations, especially across the EHEA. He has extensive experience with international student recruitment activities and events, both online and offline. At QS, his main scope is revealing the impact of the latest global higher education trends on our World University Rankings. Wesley holds a BA in International Relations from the Damas Faculty of Christian Instruction, Brazil and an MA in International Public Affairs from the University of Bucharest, Romania.
