QS Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws

The Promoter of this prize draw is QS Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd of 1 Tranley Mews, Fleet Road, London, UK, NW3 2DG.

The particular “Prize” and “Draw Date” are defined in the relevant prize draw details on the QS website and/or in your confirmation of attendance email.

1. The prize draw is open to all registrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter.
3. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for unsuccessful connection and any unsuccessful connection will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any unsuccessful connections for any reason.
4. The winner(s) will be chosen by random draw which is performed by a computer process by an independent person for in-person events, on the Draw Date.
5. The winner(s) will receive the Prize.
6. The winner(s) will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before Saturday 1st June 2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner(s) in accordance with the process described above.
7. The prize will be sent to the winner(s) by email within 7 days of being notified of their win.
8. The prize for the winner(s) is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
